Listing votes

Votes rank the coins that already meet the listing bar. They set the order. They never decide whether a coin is safe to list: the rules and the program do.

Note A vote cannot list a coin that fails a check. Each round the top-voted qualifying coin is submitted for listing, and the program lists it only if its own checks pass. If they fail, nothing is listed that round.

Rounds

  • A round closes at 00:00 UTC. Its id is the closing date, for example 2026-10-31.
  • At close, the qualifying coin with the most weighted votes is submitted. Ties go to the coin nominated first.
  • Trading opens 4 h after listing, like any listing.
  • The Listings page shows past rounds: the winner, its votes and the result.

Candidates

Anyone can nominate a coin. It moves to Up next once the app sees it pass every check it can read from live data: $100,000+ market cap held 4 h, the main pump.fun pool, 30 SOL+ depth and a renounced mint. A coin that misses one waits on the listing clock and moves up by itself once it clears the bar. Candidates are re-checked about every 10 minutes.

Votes on a coin still on the clock count for the round, but it can only win once it qualifies. The program checks the pool and mint again at listing. See Listing rules.

Voting

A vote is one message signed by your wallet. It is not a transaction: no fee, nothing moves.

LEVER listing vote
Round: 2026-10-31 (closes 00:00 UTC)
Coin: $XYZ <mint address>
Wallet: <your wallet address>
Code: 9f2c41d07ab35e18
Signing costs nothing and sends no transaction.
  • One vote per wallet per round. Signing for another coin moves your vote.
  • The server checks the round, the coin, the wallet and the signature.
  • The tally is public and updates live.

Weight and anti-sybil

  • Weight = the $LEVER the wallet holds when it votes, with a minimum of 1. Until $LEVER exists, every wallet weighs 1. The Listings page shows which mode is on.
  • Splitting a balance across wallets gains nothing.
  • A wallet needs at least 5 transactions and a first transaction at least 7 days old. Wallets that fail are refused with the reason.
  • In preview, with no chain connection, age and activity are not checked. Those votes are marked unchecked.

Check the votes yourself

Every vote is published with its signed message and signature:

GET /api/v1/listings/votes?round=2026-10-31

Each entry has wallet, message, signature (base64) and weight. Check each signature against the wallet's public key (any Ed25519 library works), then add up weight per coin for the votes that pass and name that round.

Sharing

Each candidate has a share card ("Vote $XYZ onto LEVER") with its live vote count. The link opens the Listings page on that coin.
